Hustyns Hotel is proud to announce that we have received permission to use our holiday let lodges as residential properties. As part of this process, we also will provide the community with the following services:

• Community groups are permitted to use the Brasserie free of charge between 11.00-17.00 on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during term time for up to 6 hours in any week.
• Graduation Groups can use our restaurant during their school terms.
• We aim to provide free Lifeguard /First Aid Courses to children under the age of 16. We are told that lifeguard courses are not available to under 16 year olds so we will try to arrange first aid courses.
• The Play park can be used during term time between 9.00-20.00 for children under 12. Parents and/or teachers are required to supervise.
• The Tennis Court/Crazy Golf are free to use during term time between 11.00-17.00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for up to 6 hours a week.
• The Stables can be arranged for community groups. The groups will be responsible for any utilities, maintenance, etc.
• The Community Garden are free to use for a community group for the cultivation of flowers and/or vegetables. Parking is not allowed other than in the stable compound.
• The public schools can arrange to use the Swimming pool during term time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for one hour per week.
• Polytunnels – We will allow access to the polytunnels in order to encourage growing of organic vegetables.
