“From booking over the phone, the welcome, and every staff interaction, we were made very welcome, the staff are naturally friendly and caring. Our family of four had a suit which was perfect. The pool facilities are fantastic. The evening meal was simple (because of the virus I guess) but great and inexpensive. One of the most perfect hotel stays we have ever had. Peaceful retreat ●●●●○

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights to get away from City life and it was the peaceful getaway we were after. On arrival we were each offered a mince pie and mulled wine which we thought was a nice touch. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, keep up the good work! We were also impressed with the size of our room & bathroom (no. 211) it was nice to have a bath and a seperate shower which you don’t often get in hotels. The pool & gym was open and time slots could be booked to use the facilities. The hotel is surrounded by nature and not far from Wadebridge town centre. We also visited padstow & Port Issac which are both within a 30 minute drive away. My only reason for not giving a 5* review is that the hotel decor could do with some updating but that’s just a personal opinion. Lovely stay, thank you for having us!” Dec 2020

Very comfortable long weekend ●●●●●

“Me, my partner and 9 year old stayed a couple of nights in room 208. The hotel staff were very polite, they all dealt very well with COVID regulations. We had a lovely breakfast for two mornings which was served prompt and in a efficient by friendly staff. My partner treated me to a facial, (my first one ever), which was absolutely spectacular, the beautician was amazing…I feel 10 years younger, I recommend giving it a go. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and again the COVID regulations were being adhered to. There is a Pool table here, which we made use of to keep us all busy when it rained. The room was very clean and tidy, much better than I imagined it would be. I wish I could of stayed longer, unfortunately boy had to go to school….we hope to come back next year” Dec 2020

“We had a wonderful week at Hustyns. Our room was massive, the meals were good but a bit expensive. The service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was also very good. Booking a time slot for distancing purposes was no hardship. Shame the Sauna was not available. But the Crazy golf was. The approach via the narrow Cornish lanes was a bit trying. My way and their way were tried and after a few journeys we got used to it.” Oct 2020

“The cottage we stayed in was amazing! Holly 18 Large, clean, warm and comfy! Even had a sauna in our room and jacuzzi bath! I didn’t expect it to be on a site With a hotel but actually it didn’t bother us! We got to use the pool. The hotel seems very dated but nice all the same. Loved being in the middle of no where! Very much recommend a family stay ●●●●●

We stayed in Honeysuckle Lodge on the grounds of Hustyns and really enjoyed our stay. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We used the spa and they really worked out the Covid rules. They are polite, informative and kind. I had a massage treatment which was very professional. The bar staff were also brilliant and very attentive with the children. Thank you so much and would very much recommend a family stay. Thank you to all at Hustyns.

Group of us went for a cream tea with processco this week. What a delight it was. Great value, had a swim, sauna and jacuzzi before tea, then a game of crazy golf afterwards. The food was delicious and so much of it, but we all just about managed to finish it. Staff were so friendly. Will definitely be going again. Superb value too. Thank you for a lovely day out.

I booked myself in for a breakfast too which was cooked perfectly it was a great atmosphere with friendly bar staff.

Visited the spa for a massage. Without a word of a lie, it was the best most professional massage I’ve ever had. Checked out the grounds and the lodges look superb, the grounds in October were well kept and appealing. If I didn’t live nearby I would love to stay there.

“Great location in the countryside, fabulous bedroom suite with balcony very spacious and comfy, the facilities were clean and well maintained, we had gorgeous spa treatments and relaxing time in the pool area.
Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious, great breakfast and love that the produce is all locally sourced.
Very friendly helpful staff who always had a smile!

“Great dog friendly getaway” ●●●●●

Great spa day and night away at Hustyns.
Staff were very helpful when we needed early check in last minute. Pinka the receptionist who checked in was so helpful and a credit to the hotel. She really went the extra mile helping with the charging point, ensuring the dog had his goody bag and just in general very helpful.

Room was very clean. We took our dog and therefore had a dog room. Room was spotless.

Lovely woods for the dog!

Food was great in the brasserie- had a three course meal. Service was also great although if I am being fussy it was a tad bit cold.

Spa trestments and facilities were great

Overall a really good stay highly recommended
