Even though we are no longer required by law to wear face masks the staff all wore theirs constantly and there was handwash in every toilet I saw, along with Covid signs and floor signs to maintain distance. Also hand sanitisers on the bars and at reception.

Hustyns was a beautiful venue to have our wedding. The ceremony worked so well in the gardens, and the room lent itself perfectly both to our non-traditional table set up for our wedding breakfast and to our evening layout. We personally had the bridal suite and a lodge, and our rooms were lovely, clean and bright (although something like a four-poster bed would be awesome in the bridal suite).

I cannot fault how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout the entire day. Laura was wonderful throughout the whole process and a pleasure to work with. She ensured everything ran smoothly on the day – if anything went wrong, I certainly wasn’t aware of it. I have to give Stuart a mention as well as he was also wonderfully helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The bubbly, flower petals on the bed and the flowers were a lovely touch at the end of the night. Our day was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Laura and the team at Hustyns!
